Complaints Management Proceedure
At Dunwich State School, we ask parents, carers, students or community members who would like to make a complaint to first see their child's teacher to dicuss the issue. If the complaint cannot be resolved or it is about another matter, complete the complaint form and email principal@dunwichss.eq.edu.au or visit the school office to complete in person.
Should you have a complaint about a staff member or school process/policy, please email principal@dunwichss.eq.edu.au.
Issues which you believe are beyond resolution at school level can be submitted to
