Year 6 students didn't want our school to miss our annual sports carnival due to COVID-19 restrictions so the house captains got together and organised the event to go ahead within the restrictions permitted. They met with our wonderful sports teacher Mrs Jenner limiting the amount of events, adhered to spectator restrictions and split the carnival with junior students to have their events on one day and the senior students to hold their events on another.
It was a complete success with a high participation rate from all three houses. Students had so much fun and there were so many wonderful acts of good sportsmanship witnessed throughout both days of competition.
The results for the junior event was 1st Kindarra, 2nd Noonuccal and 3rd Choongai. In the senior event the results were 1st Noonuccal, 2nd Choongai and 3rd Kindarra.
